How many times do we need to meet in person?

We prioritize meeting with each of our brides at least once, and this is usually a part of the initial consultation. During this time, we get to know you and ask detailed question about your wedding day, the venue, your personal style, the flowers you absolutely love, (and the ones you hate!) and your vision for your dream wedding. After that, most of our communication will be via phone and email. 

How many hours of work do you put in before the actual wedding/event day?

HUNDREDS of hours! You would not believe the amount of time it takes to communicate with each and every one of our clients. From countless emails, to a million screenshots, to hundreds of inspiration photos, texts, and phone calls, we get to know our clients very well by the time the big day arrives. We do this because we love our clients and we are passionate about making their design dreams a reality! 

Do you need to visit my venue in person before the wedding/event?

Not necessarily. There is a decent chance that we will have already been to your venue before and will be familiar with it, but if not, we can generally develop a vision through photos/videos/and even FaceTime calls. However, if you require a full-service event at a location that we are unfamiliar with, we generally like to schedule a time to visit the site in person. Depending on the venue, this visit can be achieved with or without our client. 

How do I secure my event/Wedding date?

After we have conducted our initial consultation and had time to develop a vision for your event, we will send you a proposal that contains a detailed list of all your design elements and the approximate cost. Generally, a deposit of 25% of your estimated total will secure your date. Keep in mind that the estimated total is not final, and it can (and most likely will) vary slightly before your day arrives. 

CAn I rent additional items from you for my event?

Absolutely! If you are looking for design/architectural pieces for your event decor, please let us know and we can assist you with locating and renting anything you might need. 

What if the flowers I love aren't in season on my wedding date?

Have no fear - our designers are experts when it comes to achieving the look you desire, regardless of what season you find yourself getting married in. Depending on your budget, we can either find the flowers you are looking for, or we can substitute a very similar flower that might be cheaper/in season in order to create the look and feel that you are searching for.
